Main advantages of the Yakima CBX roof box

• Unmatched quick-mount system Yakima FLAT. Solid metal rubber-coated jaws securely fix the box to any roof racks.
  
  

• Thanks to the removable mounting wrench, the entire interior space of the box remains available solely for cargo. After tightening the jaws, you simply remove the mounting wrench and store it in the side holder. The mounting system itself is flat and takes up virtually no interior space, which significantly facilitates handling luggage, skis, and other equipment. 
  
  

• A torque limiter is a standard feature, so you know exactly when it is sufficiently tightened. 
   

• The mounting system also includes an integrated opening for securing tie-down straps.
  
  

• The box opens using a handle, which is extremely comfortable – you can reliably grip it even with ski gloves on. Compared to boxes that use key opening, this is a significantly more convenient solution. Likewise, when closing the box, you only need to push the lid down and the handle snaps back into its original position.
